Today I called with an emergency about our cat Bombay Engledow--he had been seen by you several times, spent a few hundred dollars this summer on him. He has not eaten for three days and is extraordinarily lethargic.I called to try and get an appointment at 4:00 or later which we can make by getting off work early--and the receptionists totally unsymptheitc and unhelpful. I called Small Animal Hopsital and they were able to fit him in.
